1. Customer stage light Conversation

Customers give draft ideas about the product moving head design.

2. Engineer Drawing

STS engineer draws the moving head design and sends it to the customer to check and confirm. If the customer requires the adjustment of the design, our engineer will change the draw for confirmations.

3. Sample Assembly Clean Code

After the draw is confirmed, we will sign a contract and the letter of authorization. Then we start to make the sample.

4. Whole Machine Test

After the sample is finished, STS will test it and then send it to the customer for checking.

5.Mass Production

The mass production will be conducted after sample confirmation and testing.

We have been developing a small stage lightings factory since 2012, and have overcome all difficulties. Now we have established a team covering a production manager, engineers, and export & domestic sales staff. We are able to develop more new products.
